An inspector shall assess the electrical work or the modification in its entirety to ensure that it complies with the Specification and it is ready to be energized before issuing a compliance certificate pursuant to paragraph (2) (a).
An inspector who is satisfied that electrical work or modification complies with the Specification shall -
issue to the owner a compliance certificate stating that - he has inspected the electrical work or the modification; the results of the tests carried out on the electrical work or the modification are satisfactory; and the electrical work or the modification may be safely energized;
input the results of the inspection into the automated system; and
affix in, close proximity to the main switch a unique identifier associated with the premises, the inspector's name, identification number, the date of completion of the electrical work or the modification, the date of completion of the inspection, and the civic address of the premises.
