Steps:
a. Application Fee – $15,000
b. The application fee set out in the Second Schedule
c. A current police record dated less than twelve months before the date of the application
d. A character reference from a Justice of the Peace, a Notary Public, an attorney-at-law, a medical doctor, a minister of religion, or a police officer who is above the rank of an Inspector
e. A passport size photograph that is taken no more than one year before the date of the application and that photograph is certified by a Justice of the Peace or Notary Public as a true likeness of the applicant; and
f. Evidence that the person is qualified as set out in Part I of the Third Schedule for a license.

Role:
a. Nothing in these Regulations prevents a technical electrical assistant from working under the supervision of more than one electrician or inspector.
b. The enrolment of a technical electrical assistant under regulation 22 shall be valid for a period of five years, unless suspended, revoked or surrendered, in accordance with these Regulations.
