The Committee of Examiners shall have no more than seven members comprised of persons with a minimum of a bachelor of science degree or equivalent in the field of electrical installation or electrical engineering, by an institution accredited by an accreditation body. There should be at least one member who is an assessor registered with the National Council on Technical and Vocational Education and Training, and the other members should have qualifications and experience as the Regulator considers relevant to the functions of the Committee of Examiners.
